Radar Dating

TL;DR

Be respectful. Be real. Don’t pressure people.
Radar is about helping connections happen in real life, safely and naturally.
Break the rules, and your account may be restricted or removed.

Radar is built to help people connect in real life, with clarity instead of guessing and pressure. These guidelines exist to keep Radar safe, respectful, and comfortable for everyone.

By using Radar, you agree to follow these rules. Not following them can result in warnings, restrictions, or removal from the platform.

1. Respect boundaries

Everyone has different comfort levels. Respect them.

  • No harassment, pressure, or unwanted behavior
  • No sexual content, explicit language, or sexual intentions on profiles
  • If someone isn’t interested, move on
  • Consent always matters, online and offline

Radar is not about forcing interactions. Interest should feel mutual and safe.

2. Be real

Radar works best when people are honest.

  • Use your real name or a real version of it
  • Don’t impersonate others
  • Don’t lie about your age, identity, or intentions

Fake or misleading profiles may be restricted or removed.

3. No chat, no pressure

Radar intentionally has no chat.

  • Don’t try to force interaction
  • Don’t pressure someone to approach you
  • A wave is a signal of interest, not an obligation

The first real conversation should happen face to face, when both people feel comfortable.

4. Privacy & geofence safety

Your privacy matters.

Radar uses geofence zones to help protect your personal space. You can set places like home or work where you are automatically invisible to others.

In addition:

  • Don’t share phone numbers, emails, or social media in your profile
  • Don’t ask others for personal or financial information
  • Never ask for money, gifts, or investments

If something feels off, trust that feeling.

5. No violence or harmful behavior

We don’t tolerate behavior that promotes harm.

This includes:

  • threats, intimidation, or stalking
  • violent or graphic content
  • encouragement of self-harm

If we believe there’s a risk of serious harm, we may take action to protect users.

6. No hate or discrimination

Radar is not a place for hate.

We don’t allow behavior targeting someone based on:

  • race or ethnicity
  • nationality or immigration status
  • religion
  • gender identity or sexual orientation
  • disability, body type, or health

If someone isn’t your type, simply move on.

7. No business or promotion

Radar is for people, not promotion.

You may not:

  • advertise or sell products or services
  • promote social accounts or brands
  • fundraise or campaign
  • use Radar for escorting, sex work, or compensated relationships

8. Adults only (18+)

Radar is strictly for adults.

  • You must be at least 18 years old
  • No photos of minors, including childhood photos
  • No accounts created on behalf of others

Accounts violating this will be removed immediately.

9. Follow the law

Illegal activity is never allowed.

This includes:

  • scams or fraud
  • drugs or counterfeit goods
  • exploitation or trafficking
  • any harm involving minors

Violations may be reported to authorities when required by law.

10. One person, one account

  • One account per person
  • No shared accounts
  • No multiple profiles

This helps keep Radar fair and trustworthy.

11. Post only what you own

Only upload content you have the right to use.

  • No photos of others without consent
  • No private screenshots or messages
  • No copyrighted content you don’t own

12. Don’t abuse the platform

You may not:

  • spam or mass-report users
  • submit false or malicious reports
  • use bots or automation
  • try to bypass limits or features

Abuse of Radar or its systems may result in a ban.

Reporting

If someone makes you uncomfortable or violates these guidelines, you can report them.

  • Reports are confidential
  • Reporting helps protect the community
  • You’re never forced to report, but it helps us act

Enforcement

We take these guidelines seriously.

Actions may include:

  • warnings
  • feature restrictions
  • temporary suspension
  • permanent removal from Radar

Some profiles may be manually reviewed to maintain safety and authenticity.
Serious or repeated violations can lead to immediate account termination.

Final note

Radar is about real people, real presence, and real connection.
Use it with respect, awareness, and kindness.

Got Questions? We’ve Got Answers

1. Is Radar safe to use?

Yes. Safety and privacy are core to how Radar works.
You control where you’re visible using geofence zones, so places like home or work stay private. We also do routine profile checks to reduce fake or low-effort accounts and keep the experience respectful.

2. How does Radar protect my privacy?

Radar only shows you to people who match your preferences, and only when you choose to be visible.
There’s no public feed, no scraping, and no selling your data. You’re in control at all times.

3. How much does it cost?

Radar will be free to use during the early phase.
In the future, we plan to introduce optional premium features, but the core experience will always stay accessible.

4. Why is there no chat?

People are designed to connect in real-life, not on apps. Instead of endless messaging, we help remove the awkwardness so the first conversation happens face to face, where chemistry actually matters.

5. Who is Radar for?

Radar is for people who want to meet naturally in real life, but appreciate a bit of clarity before making the first move. If you’re tired of guessing and overthinking, Radar is for you.
